| Production method | It is obtained by condensation of 1,4 dihydroxyanthraquinone and trimethylaniline, then sulfonated with fuming sulfuric acid and salted out. Raw material consumption (kg/t) trimethylaniline (98%) 7021, 4-dihydroxyanthraquinone (98%) 304 fuming sulfuric acid (20% SO3) 2960 using 1, 4-dihydroxyanthraquinone and trimethylaniline (2,4, 6-trimethylaniline) as raw materials, the two are first condensed, then sulfonated with fuming sulfuric acid and then neutralized to obtain the product. The finished product is salted out, filtered, dried and crushed.. It is also possible to use 1, 4-dichloroanthraquinone and trimethylaniline condensation, sulfonation, neutralization to obtain the product. 5.9 parts of trimethylaniline, 1.37 parts of hydrochloric acid, 1 part of 1, 4-dihydroxyanthraquinone, 1.24 parts of boric acid and 3.7 parts of glacial acetic acid were added into the reaction kettle, CO2 was immediately introduced, 0.4 parts of zinc powder were added when heated to 85 ℃, the temperature was continued to 115 ℃ for reaction for 20h, then the reaction solution was poured into 112g of 98% sulfuric acid preheated to 70 ℃, heated and refluxed for 1h, filtered, and washed with water until neutral. The filter cake 103-105g was refined with Na2CO3 solution. Take 30g of the above filter cake and add 210g of 20% fuming sulfuric acid to the reactor, react at 50 ℃ for 2h, and treat with salt, soda ash and sodium bisulfite to obtain the dye finished product. |
